We are seeking an experienced Casino Affiliate Manager with over 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry.

You will be responsible for recruiting new affiliates across several channels, managing day-to-day affiliate activities to ensure profitability, and directly communicating and reporting to stakeholders. Your focus will be on international markets, including the Netherlands, France, Italy, Sweden, and Germany.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with affiliate partners
• Actively seek and recruit new affiliate partners across several channels to expand the program and increase reach
• Focus on managing affiliate activities for international markets
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, competitor propositions, and industry trends to ensure effectiveness and profitability. Provide personalized recommendations and incentives based on performance data
• Ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and reporting of all affiliate traffic
• Respond promptly and effectively to affiliate partners' inquiries and concerns, ensuring a seamless partnership
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy targeted offers and exclusive promotions for affiliates
• Deliver weekly progress, commission, and activity reports for all affiliate partners
• Maintain direct communication and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Handle affiliate disputes and resolve issues promptly, liaising with Risk, Payments, and Legal teams as necessary.

You are going to be responsible for assisting the affiliate team with the acquisition, management, and retention of the affiliate accounts, as well as providing support and reports to your team and stakeholders respectively. Your responsibilities will also include writing regular content for the iGaming industry, performing SEO tasks, conducting competitor analysis and handling data entry.

You will be responsible for monitoring player activity and ensuring customers follow KYC policies and rules. Additionally, you will approve withdrawal requests to ensure smooth and secure payment processing, while handling the transactions status.

In this role, you will support the design, maintenance, and development of websites and digital assets through the production of creative graphics. A strong understanding of the sports or iGaming industry, as well as advertising principles and trends, is essential.

As a Python developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality software solutions in the area of i-gaming. This includes creating complex applications using cutting-edge programming features and frameworks, and collaborating with other teams in the firm to create a unique ecosystem.

As a React.js developer, you will implement new features and maintain existing code using React and other standard tools in the React ecosystem, such as Node.js and Yarn. Your duties will include designing software solutions to meet project requirements, maintaining and refactoring existing code, writing tests, and fixing bugs.
